WAREHOUSING

We have 2 x warehouses on our premises in Alberton North. Together the two warehouses cover 2800 m². We have 24-hour security, linked to an armed response team from a reputable and reliable security company.

We have recently acquired a second property in Alberton north including a 1200m2 ware house and cold storage facility.

GOODS IN TRANSIT INSURANCE

Insurance cover as per our insurance policy. Loads are covered to a maximum value of R700 000 per load. Cover can be increased at cost as and when requested in writing. (Copy available on request) We make use of Hazmat as our incident response company.

CUSTOMER CARE

As a hands-on-operation, we believe that effective and regular communication is the key element to ensure the highest possible quality of service. We therefore suggest that regular meeting’s must take place between our company and an appointed official of our customers. These constant sessions will encourage the synergistic benefits, which may be derived from a meeting of minds between supplier of services and customer.
